On 2 September 2025 at 06:32 SAST, the Portal API status endpoint was briefly unavailable (~36 seconds). The system recovered automatically, and no further action was required.
We have identified that the issue occurred when one of our servers restarted, leaving limited capacity to run all services at once.

Next Steps: We are adding additional capacity to prevent this from recurring.
